Now you're talking!

Sometimes, infused oils can taste overpowering or even taste artificial. That is NOT the case with this oil! (or any other infused oils from Aurelius). This product is excellent! Love it in salads ... Brush it on a Portuguese bun and top it with various Italian cold cuts and provolone cheese, pickled eggplant, lettuce, onion and tomatoes - drizzle the tomatoes with a bit oil and you have the perfect sandwich!

A definite winner and a keeper for my pantry!

Amazing Tasty Match

I first tried the Aurelius products (oil and balsamic) at the the Pepper Pod Gala this last September and thought they were delicious. As a result and upon tasting samples generously provided by Mike, I bought Basil Infused Oil & Pomegranate Balsamic Vinegar at the Pepper Pod Christmas market. Wow - what a delicious match! You'll be asking for more.....
Some lucky souls will get the small bottle version in their Christmas stocking this year.

Convinced me!!

I had tried the flavoured olive oils and vinegars from an older store many years ago and was not too impressed.
But I finally decided I should maybe give this one a try because it looked nice and when I went in everyone there was extremely nice. Well I am certainly very glad I did that the olive oil is incredible and I think my favourite is the basil. It just goes with so much and it has such a nice taste it’s not fake or overwhelming and it definitely is not underwhelming. There are so many different flavor Combinations that go with the basil olive oil but my personal favourite is the dark balsamic fig flavor. You really cannot go wrong with the basil olive oil.
